1 Fees

1.1 Conference and Workshops Fees
The fee for conference and workshops includes
- all conference sessions,
- all workshop sessions,
- lunch and coffee breaks (Mo-Fri),
- the welcome reception on Tuesday evening,
- the conference banquet on Thursday,
- one copy of the Springer LNCS conference proceedings,
- and one electronic copy of the Springer LNCS conference proceedings.
1.2 Conference Fees
The fee for the conference includes
- all conference sessions,
- lunch and coffee breaks on the days of the conference (Wed-Fri),
- the welcome reception on Tuesday evening,
- the conference banquet on Thursday,
- and one copy of the Springer LNCS conference proceedings.
1.3 Workshop Fees
The fee for workshops and tutorials includes
- all workshop sessions,
- lunch and coffee breaks on the days of the workshops (Monday and Tuesday),
- the welcome reception on Tuesday evening,
- and one electronic copy of the Springer LNCS workshop proceedings.
1.4 Student Fees
The students package is equivalent to a registration for conference and workshops, but note: When registering as student, the (PhD) student status has to be verified by sending a scanned copy of either a student card or a confirmation letter from the university.
1.5 Scholarships for Master and PhD students
This year, Euro-Par will offer a limited number of scholarships for Master and PhD students in parallel and distributed computing in the form of free registrations for the full conference and workshop program. To apply, interested students should send
- a few words of motivation and
- proof of enrollment from their university,
- and ask for a short supporting email (a few lines) from her or his
supervisor to be sent to the conference organizers (
europar2015 (AT) par (DOT) tuwien (DOT) ac (DOT) at).
Applications of eligible students will be handled on a first-come
first-served basis. In case of a large number of simultaneous
applications, priority will be given to students who have contributed
to a submission at the conference. Priority will also be given to
spreading scholarships across countries and groups.
The deadline for applications is June 5th, 2015.
Students applying for a scholarship should not register for Euro-Par
using the online registration page. After notification, registration
details will be provided.
1.6 Accompanying person
This fee includes
- the welcome reception on Tuesday evening,
- and the conference banquet on Thursday.

Please note that such a letter can only be issued after your registration has been completed and your payment has been received. When sending your request, please specify your full name, your full address, and the way you want the letter to be transmitted (e.g., regular mail, email, or fax).
